Regulations

EKH has set itself the task of interpreting and detailing the statutory guidelines, directives and standards listed below in a clear and transparent manner. Broadly speaking, there are two European laws. These laws have been implemented in the Dutch Working Conditions Act. Compliance with these regulations is mandatory by law. Diagrammatically, this can be represented as follows:

Dutch Working Conditions Act (Arbowet)

• EC Machinery Directive: provisions included in the Dutch Commodities Act Warenwet
• EC Work Equipment Directive: minimum regulations included in the Dutch Working Conditions Decree​​​​​​​ (Arbobesluit)
